Convention: Thursday 5:30p.m. to Saturday 8:30p.m.

Overall

  • Six (6) buffet meals, nightly cocktails, all day refreshments, and activities are ALL FREE
  • The $195 registration fee goes entirely to the cost of advertising and supplies
  • Socialize with 125 of the leading doll and teddy bear artists – get their autographs and take photos with them

Thursday

  • Optional Thursday Workshops include meals, which makes many Workshops FREE
  • Workshop Student Gallery – view many of the pieces made by students at the Workshops
  • Sale and Judging of Signed One-of-a-Kind Artist Dolls & Teddy Bears for the Helen Bullard and Beverly Port Awards for Excellence with FREE cocktails, followed by a FREE banquet in the evening

Friday

  • Full day of concurrent multi-track presentations, demonstrations and collector discussion groups are all FREE
  • Three (3) galleries of signed, one-of-a-kind artist dolls and teddy bears for sale:
    Ethnic Gallery – African-American, Egyptian, Hispanic, Oriental, Native American Indian and Inuit (Eskimo)
    Male Gallery – hard to find male dolls and teddy bears
    Period Piece Gallery – dolls and teddy bears from the medieval ages
  • Fourth (4th) gallery of signed, one-of-a-kind artist doll and teddy bear quilt patches for sale:
    Quilt Patch Gallery – 12”x12” doll and teddy bear patches to create your own quilts and wall hangings
  • Collector & Artist Market Place to buy, sell and trade doll and bear supplies, do-dads & silly things for creating dolls/bears
  • Create your own Shopping Guide for describing “What Makes Each Artist in Attendance and Their Pieces Unique”
  • Discount Coupon Raffle to win coupons to buy any piece from your favorite artists at a discount
  • Largest Artist Doll & Teddy Bear Sale with 125 artist tables (open to the public on Saturday)
  • Two (2) hours of early admission to the Artist Doll & Teddy Bear Sale with FREE cocktails served

Saturday

  • Third (3rd) hour of early admission to the Artist Doll & Teddy Bear Sale before it opens to the public
  • FREE refreshments all day for everyone and FREE door prizes for the public
  • FREE cocktails and banquet dinner, which includes the announcement of the Beverly Port and Helen Bullard Award winners. Relive the convention while viewing pictures of the previous three days
